• Participants do not need to reside in the City of Ryde.
• Limit of 1 entry per child.
• If the event organiser is unable to contact the winner within 7 days, another winner will be selected.
• City of Ryde staff are not able to enter the competition.
• Entries will be judged by the City of Ryde staff for their creativity and uniqueness.
• All entries will be considered with equal weighting. 
• Selected entries may also be displayed through Council’s communication channels. No personal details will be uploaded; only the child’s first name and age will be displayed.
• All decisions made by the judging panel are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• In the event that a prize is lost after being awarded, City of Ryde are not responsible for providing a replacement or issuing another form of compensation for the lost prize.
• By participating in the competition, is automatic acceptance of the Terms & Conditions.
• Contestants must have parental or guardian consent to enter the colouring competition.
