Committee Resolution - City of Ryde Parks - Land Recategorisations

The Sportsgrounds, Parks and General Community Use - Draft Plans of Management was tabled at he Works and Community Committee meeting held on Tuesday 10 November 2020.

Council resolved the following:

(a) That Council adopt the Generic Plan of Management for Parks, General Community Use and the Generic Plan of Management for Sportsgrounds in accordance with Section 40 of the Local Government Act 1993.

(b) That Council adopt the re-categorisations as set out in the Public Hearing Report from Parkland Planners in accordance with Section 40A of the Local Government Act 1993 and Section 3.23 of the Crown Land Management Act 2016.
