Following the City of Ryde Council Meeting adjournment from last night (Tuesday 29 April) due to a fire alarm evacuation interrupting proceedings, the meeting will be held tonight, Wednesday 30 April, at 7.00pm.
City of Ryde Libraries offer a variety of ways to print and in each method, the general process is the same:
SEND your job to printer.
PAY for your printing by adding funds to your library card.
RELEASE your print job from the printer.
Our printing and scanning service accommodates many devices, operating systems and mobile apps, however these instructions can’t account for every device/app used to access documents, so it’s important to have a good knowledge of your mobile or laptop.
If printing from your email, make sure you know your email login credentials.
Printing and photocopying costs can be found here.
If you can access the document you want to print from email, cloud storage, a website or your USB, you can log into one of our library computers to print it.
To logout from the printer, press the physical ACCESS button to the right of the touchscreen. On the touchscreen, press Yes to Would you like to logout?
Upload documents from your phone, laptop, tablet or home computer to print at the library.
Whilst you can plug your USB into a library computer to print, you can also plug your USB directly into the printer to print. This will only work for PDF and JPEG documents:
We have several computers that have desktop scanners attached to them. However, you can also scan directly to your USB using the printer for free:
