Development Proposal: Renotification
The amended plans for the Demolition of existing structures and construction of a multi-dwelling housing development containing four units, tree removal and associated site works under SEPP (Housing) 2021, are to be re-notified. The amendments reflect design changes in response to matters raised by council and in public submissions.
