Transparent Languages Online

Transparent Language Online empowers you to learn over 100+ languages on your terms. Whether you’re just starting out with travel basics, or you’re advancing into conversational skills, customise your learning path and what matters to you in your language learning journey.

Learn English options are also available for non-English speakers of 40+ languages.

Kidspeak is also available for your child if they are learning another language other than English. Kidspeak lets young learners explore a new language through an engaging, interactive and animated interface.

How to Access

Device	How-to
Internet browser	Click on the Sign Up Tab and enter your City of Ryde Libraries library card number in the user ID field and click the green submit button. Once the system confirms your library card number, you will be prompted to create an account. On future visits, login with your Transparent Language Online Account. Navigation for the website is all at the top, including selecting the language that you wish to learn.
Phone or tablet	Google Play Store Apple Apple Store Download the app for your device and log in with your username and password. If you are logged into Transparent Language Online on the desktop browser, you can also click the link for mobile access and scan the QR code on your device. Please note: currently the mobile apps do not allow you the option to create or sign up for a new account. All of this must be done in the browser before login on to the mobile app.
