Development Proposal: S4.55(1A) Modification to LDA2024/0100 for changes to the design by widening the driveway to 5m, removing three specified privacy screens (NE ground floor alfresco, NE 1st floor rear balcony and SW front balcony), and updating the remaining two to vertical slatted designs instead of their current forms (SW ground floor alfresco (rather than horizontal) SW 1st floor rear balcony (rather than solid screen).
