Development Proposal: Construct and operate sports field lighting at Santa Rosa Park involving the installation of four new light poles – two 20 m high and two 18 m high and the installation of LED lights on the four new poles and associated earthworks and services. Lights would be used for training and social sports. The proposed hours of operation of the lights are:
