Development Proposal: S4.55(1A) Modification to LDA2025/0187 for the following:

  • Pad earthworks construction over Lots 22 and 23 to elevate the southern portion of both allotments to enable compliant drainage falls to the proposed wastewater main
  • Removal of additional trees to facilitate the construction of the pad earthworks
  • Amendment to the condition requiring payment of the Housing & Productivity Contribution (HPC) from a “Before issue of a Subdivision Works Certificate” condition to a “Before issue of a Subdivision Certificate” condition.
