Local Planning Panel Meetings Calendar

If a public meeting is required, these meetings will generally be held on the 2nd Thursday of each month by teleconference (Microsoft Teams) and commence at a time between 2pm and 3.30pm depending on the number of items on that day.

Additional extraordinary meetings may be scheduled there is a need. Meetings can also be cancelled when there are no items.

The Panel Secretariat will notify those who made public submissions when a matter is to be determined via a public meeting and further instructions will be provided if you wish to join the meeting or listen to the live webcast on the day.

Please note: No meetings are held in January. Consideration has also been taken to accommodate NSW public and school holiday periods.
