Australia Day Celebrations

Australia Day is a day to reflect on our past, accept the truth of our history, respect that we all have a contribution to make to the Story of Australia and celebrate being part of a diverse and multicultural nation.

Come down to Meadowbank Park this Australia Day, Monday 26 Jan to join in on our Australia Day Celebrations with the rest of the community.

The kids can enjoy free craft activities, including cookie making workshop, free face painting and enjoy the live entertainment.

At the skatepark there will be free skate workshops for the kids, as well as other free sports activities for the family to enjoy. 

Don’t forget to grab a sausage sizzle from our community run BBQ or tuck into some of the delicious meals provided by our food trucks.

At the end of the evening, you can sit down and enjoy the fireworks at 9pm.
