Dumplings Against Depression
Next date: Saturday, 14 November 2026 | 10:00 AM
to 03:00 PM
Join Dumplings Against Depression, a free community event presented in partnership with the Australian Institute for Diversity in Mental Health. Bringing together multicultural communities, the event combines shared food, meaningful conversations, and practical mental health resources.
Since 2022, Dumplings Against Depression has connected communities across Victoria to promote multicultural mental health and wellbeing. This year marks the initiative's first event in NSW.
Hear from Federal Members of Parliament, researchers, clinicians, community leaders, and people with lived experience through presentations, panel discussions, a Human Library, information stalls, and live cultural performances.
With a strong lifespan focus, the event welcomes young adults, adults, and older adults. Whether you are interested in mental health, community wellbeing, or supporting culturally diverse communities, this event offers a welcoming space to learn, connect, and help build a more inclusive and supportive future.
This is a free event, but registration is essential as places are limited.
