Do you or a loved one have a lived experience with a disability or are needing assistance accessing aged care help?

Drop-in to Ryde Library to speak to representatives from Sydney Community Services as they assist you with any enquiries you may have regarding community disability services or navigating My Aged Care or aged care services.

No bookings required. This is a drop-in session so you can visit any time between 10.00am - 1.00pm.

About Sydney Community Services (SCS)

SCS provides support and aims to enhance community participation, boost health and wellbeing, develop life skills and enable independence for people from all walks of life. A wide range of services are available to support the health and independence of older people, younger people with a disability and children, youth and vulnerable families. SCS offers both individual and group social support and community connection. Programs include centre-based group services, in-home respite support, supported activities of daily living, as well as day trips, drama, art, exercise sessions, mindfulness, hardship assistance for people experiencing temporary financial difficulties and supported playgroups.
