The City of Ryde will be commemorating the service and sacrifice of our veterans and current serving personnel with a Remembrance Day Service on Wednesday 11 November at 10:15am for a 10:30am start, at Memorial Park, Meadowbank.
The service will be conducted in front of the flag poles and World War I memorial stone obelisk, adjacent to the Paramatta River. If entering the park from Meadow Crescent, continue downhill, along the Meadowbank World War II memorial pathway, to arrive at the grassed area in front of the flag poles.
The service will be followed by light refreshments in the park.

The World War I memorial in Memorial Park, Meadowbank is a short 4minute walk from the Meadowbank Ferry Wharf, which is also serviced by buses. Meadowbank train station is a 10 minute walk. Plan your trip on the Transport NSW website.
There is limited street parking available along Meadow Crescent. A small carpark is located at the Memorial Park end of Bowden Street.
