Development Proposal: S4.55(1A) application to modify LDA2024/0247 as follows:
- Increase in height (20cm) to the ridgeline connecting the existing dwelling to the approved first floor addition
- Provide a retractable awning over the approved rear patio
- Provide a deeper awning over the west side door
- Increase sill height to window (W2) for privacy and add an awning over
- Provide a larger side setback to the approved retaining wall adjoining the western boundary
- Revised concrete slab for carport to support a lightweight carport structure (with no change to the approved driveway/carport location).
