City of Ryde Libraries provides many free and low-cost services for the community across the various life stage categories. These include the following:

Free Services and Programs

• The Hive Digital Media Lab with Adobe Creative software
• Meeting rooms
• Study spaces
• Local History research
• Daily Newspapers to read in branch
• Online newspapers and magazines in the Library
• Children’s programs
• Regular Programs and some events including Author talks, Musical Mondays, Infocus, learning computer, parenting talks and more
• Seed Library

These free services and activities provide everyone with opportunities for leisure and learning without cost. The library services include community languages where possible.
