School Holiday and Educational Programs

Keep the kids busy with these free and low-cost activities for young people during the school term and school holidays. 

Libraries host Curious Kids Club, Kubo Robotics, Chess Club, Coding club during the school term. They also run the following programs and services:

• Storytime and Rhymetime Programs
  Join our Libraries for Rhymetime, Storytime, Sensory Storytime, Auslan Storytime and Stories & Play sessions.
• School Holiday Program
  City of Ryde Libraries host free and low-cost workshops and shows each school holidays.
• Science Kits
  Learn about the world around us with educational Science Kits that are available for loan at all of our libraries.
• HSC Help
  Learn how to be HSC Smart with these workshops. Includes free online resources for HSC students.
