Tree Walk in the Field of Mars

Come and admire the glorious trees and wildflowers of the Field of Mars Reserve, East Ryde, on a Tree Walk hosted by the Ryde – Hunters Hill Flora and Fauna Preservation Society on Sunday 20 July, departing from the Visitor Centre in the Reserve at 10am, followed by a BBQ around 12 noon. Please bring water, closed shoes and a hat. Children aged 5-12 are welcome but must be with an adult.

The event is free, though small donations are welcome to help the Society cover costs.

Location

Main entry to the Field of Mars is from Pittwater Road, East Ryde, opposite Buffalo Creek Reserve. There is a carpark at the entrance, under the aqueduct. Another convenient entrance is at the lower end of Kennedy Street.

Not accessible for wheelchairs.
