Apple Smartphone & Tablet Skills (Bring Your Own Device)

This course is designed to improve your basic technology core skills and get the most from your Apple tablet and smartphone. You will also build confidence in a small supportive group. Please bring your own device(s) to each session.

Topics covered may include:

• Online safety
• Navigating your smart device
• Connecting to Wi-fi
• Searching the internet
• Downloading and using apps
• Online platforms for video chat
• Organisational and time management tools
• Filling out online forms.

Bookings can be made in person at one of our library branches or by calling Ryde Library on 9952 8352.
Bookings open 8 April 2026.

Please note that you must be a member of City of Ryde Libraries to book these classes. If you are not a member, you can find information on how to join on our Library Membership page or speak to staff in any of our branches. We strongly suggest becoming a member before the date that bookings open to ensure that your booking process is as smooth as possible.
