Whether you're completing the Census for the first time or simply need more information, we're here to support you.

Everyone in Australia on Census Night, Tuesday 11 August 2026, needs to be counted.
Drop in anytime during 10.00am - 2.00pm – no appointment is needed.

Census Paper Forms
The Census can be completed online, however if you prefer a paper form you can request for a paper form by calling the ABS 24-hour automated paper form request service on 1800 130 250. You must have your 16-digit Census number which will be mailed to your household. Information retrieved from ABS website: Get a paper form.
