Join us for a free Creative Drop-In: Mindful Coloring for Mental Wellness. This isn't just an art session—it's a simple, powerful way to de-stress, clear your mind, and find a little peace in your day.

Studies show that mindful coloring can help reduce stress and anxiety while boosting mental clarity and mood. Think of it as a "refresh button" for your mind.

Whether you're an experienced artist or haven't picked up a crayon in years, this is a welcoming space to simply be. All materials are provided, so just bring yourself and an open mind.
