Development Proposal: Alterations and addition to the existing dwelling. To formalise existing building works (subject to a BIC) that have been undertaken to the first floor rear elevation windows and conversion of the rear first floor non-trafficable roof to a trafficable balcony with a balustrade. Retain the ground level barbeque area and covered awning located on the northern side boundary. In addition it is proposed to install external stairs to access the first floor rear balcony and erect an operable awning over part of the balcony.
