Development Proposal: Section 4.56 application to modify Condition 90 of Development Consent LDA2022/0098. The modification is sought solely to update the list of trees approved for removal to include Tree Nos. 14 and 15, which are now directly impacted by the approved building footprint as a result of design changes made during the Land and Environment Court proceedings.
