Not all Development Applications received by the Council require advertising. To view current Development Applications (DAs) on exhibition please refer to the list below.
City of Ryde follows the Statewide Community Participation Plan which commenced on 1 September 2026 and applies to planning authorities across NSW. The Plan sets mandatory public exhibition periods and identifies certain types of development applications that are not required to be publicly exhibited.

Council has resolved that all submissions received in relation to rezoning and development applications will be publicly accessible on request.
