Council follows a Community Participation Plan (CPP) that outlines the mandatory community engagement requirements (how and when Council will engage with the community) on planning matters. The CPP reflects the community participation requirements in planning legislation, including mandatory consultation timeframes.

- Winter (April to August): Monday to Friday – 4pm to 9:30pm
- Summer (September to March): Monday to Friday – 6pm to 9pm.
