Holiday Intensive Program

The Intensive Program is an excellent introduction to swimming or to increase children’s skills over consecutive days.

30-minute group lessons start from 2 years old for levels Minnow to Redfin. They run every day from 8 am to 12 pm and 4 pm to 7 pm. Bookings are essential.

Butterfly, Breaststroke Development and Diving | 45 minutes

45 minutes a day concentrating exclusively on these 3 skills which will help accelerate development.
Levels: Rainbow Trout, Snapper and Barramundi levels 

Take your Marks, Go | 1 hour

Learn race techniques for starts, finishes, freestyle turns, diving, etc. 
Levels: Barramundi and Teen Active

Diving | 30 minutes

Learn to dive off the blocks for your school swimming carnival.
Duration: 30 minutes
Levels: Angelfish levels and above

Private Lessons | 30 minutes
