RALC holds a full court 7-a-side Ladies netball competition on Monday nights starting at 6.30 pm.

The 2019 Summer Comp will commence on the 4 February and conclude on the 1 July 2019 (inclusive of Grand Finals Round).

Ready Steady Go Kids

Each Ready Steady Go Kids class is run indoors for a duration of 45 minutes, and we cover five sports per term. Our classes are designed to focus on specific gross motor skills, hand-eye/foot-eye and/or balance activity to complement the sport component, and our program structure is repeated each week so participants become familiar and comfortable with the routine.

Please note: Ready Steady Go Kids is a pre-school age program that runs every Saturday at the RALC during school terms.

Indoor Table Tennis

Do you love playing table tennis? We now have indoor tables available to book on a casual basis. So if table tennis is your thing, you can now play it here in the comfort of our sports stadium. Limited tables available so bookings are essential to save disappointment. The cost includes general pool entry to the pools.  Must provide your own bats and balls.
Cost: $8.70 per person (bats and balls are not provided)

Soccer Kickstart

The Kickstart philosophy is built on the understanding that children love to have fun and love getting better at whatever they are doing. There are a number of weekly and holiday programs focused on learning skills, building confidence and playing in a team.

The Indoor 5's Futsal Club runs 10 game competition seasons for registered teams. Teams can register for each competition, though preference is given to returning teams.

Register a team or find a team with our new Ryde Sydney Basketball League (SBL) hosted at the RALC. Mens Social and Competitive Competitions will run on Tuesday evenings from 6.30pm.

MyHoops Kids - Ryde
MyHoops Basketball Coaching for Kids aged 6 - 17 years are held on Tuesday afternoons from 4.30pm. Beginners to Elite programs by Ex NBL Champions Bruce Bolden is available, as well as School Holiday Camps.

All-girls skills academy for players aged 12 - 17
Held on Thursday afternoons. Session times 4.30 pm - 5.30 pm and 5.30 pm - 6.30 pm. You will learn essential fundamentals and skill mastery from 3-time All-American and 2011 National Champion Alex Moore-Porter.

The Australian Badminton Academy runs programs during school terms on Sunday afternoons at RALC. Courses range from basic skills for beginners through to advanced skills coaching. Coaching for individuals and groups. Competition open to all.

The Sydney Indoor Hockey Association runs five grades in men's, women's and mixed competition to cater for all levels of skill plus junior and schools' competitions.

Activities at RALC include Junior and Senior competitions on Sunday afternoons. There are also comprehensive pre-season academies for juniors that run for six weeks between competition seasons.

The Sydney North Volleyball Women’s Social Volleyball Competition is held on Sunday nights from 7pm - 9pm. The current season began on 23 April 2017 and will run until mid-August. There may be some teams still looking for players so please get in touch if you would like to join!
