For the latest project update please see Latest Updates below.

New Boat Trailer Parking Laws were introduced in NSW in late 2016 to allow Councils and impounding authorities to take action against boat trailers parked in the same spot on a residential street for more than 28 days.  These laws do not automatically apply in every part of NSW.

Councils are required to consult with their communities and then determine whether or not to enforce the new boat parking laws.  City of Ryde invites the community to ‘Have Your Say’ throughout the month of May and June 2017.

HAVE YOUR SAY

Online Survey

You can have your say by completing the online survey here. The survey will be open until Wednesday 28 June 2017.
The feedback you provide will give us a better understanding of any concerns you may have before Council decides whether or not to implement the changes.

We would also like to invite you to come and meet Council's Project Team to discuss and learn more about the proposed changes.
