This free session will share practical, easy-to-understand information about good oral health care.
Good oral health care is about practicing good oral hygiene with regular brushing and flossing. eating and drinking healthy foods low in sugar and having regular dental check-ups.
Oral Health Care sessions are delivered in partnership with the Oral Health Unit, Centre for Education and Research on Ageing, Aged Health Chronic Care & Rehabilitation.

The Health Promotion Service for Older People (HPSOP) from the Combined Pensioners and Superannuants Association (CPSA) is a community-based health education program that provides free health education sessions for older people in NSW.
