In the City of Ryde’s 4 Year Delivery Plan, a budget has been allocated to upgrade the dog off leash area at ELS Hall Park. Council is proposing to fence the area to complete its installation. This proposal is on exhibition from Monday 16 November to Sunday 29 November 2015.
