City of Ryde’s 2024 Cork and Fork event is being held on Sunday 26 May at Kissing Point Park, Putney from 10am till 4pm.
Entry is free. If you wish to purchase alcohol from one of our stallholders, you must purchase a festival wine glass for $10 from the Festival Information Stall.
This is up to the discretion of each stallholder. Beverage Stallholders have been encouraged to provide event patrons with free tastings prior to purchasing.
Patrons may purchase alcohol from providers between 10am till 3:30pm. Attendees may purchase from stallholders for takeaway sales till 4pm.
Once a branded festival glass is purchased from the festival information stall. You can then purchase a glass of your choice at any of the participating beverage stallholders.
No, patrons are not allowed to bring their own alcohol to the event. Drinks must be purchased from one of the licensed & approved beverage stallholders.
There will be a selection of food options to purchase from. Food Trucks are located along Waterview Road and other hot food options can be found on the grass area near Yaralla Road (near the fish sculpture).
Yes, small to medium size dogs are allowed within the event area. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times and is the responsibility of the owner to ensure the dog does not impact.
Yes, you can there are a variety of kid’s activities available on the day. All Children under 17 years of age must always be companied by an adult.
$35 per child for all day amusement wrist bands (excluding pony rides and games) or $8 per ride token.
$12 for a small pony and $18 for a large pony. Payment can be made on the day through the pony supplier located on the grass area near Kissing Point Park playground.
Rides are suitable for ages 2+. Height restrictions apply.
No, there will be no ATMs onsite to provide cash out. If you wish to bring cash, please arrange before coming to the venue. All stallholders will have a cashless payment option available.
There will be limited seating available on the day. We encourage all patrons to BYO low lying chair or picnic rugs.
No smoking or vaping onsite.
Yes, but please be considerate of where you are placing your pram to not obstruct walkways or view of entertainment for other patrons.
Although we do not encourage this you may bring your own food. Please make sure you discard all your rubbish at the end of the day.
We will have a photographer at the event. Photographs taken at the event may be used in future for promotional purposes.
City of Ryde events team will monitor the weather leading up to the event and will notify the public of any updates via the City of Ryde website and Facebook page.
There is limited parking available in Cleves Park. We do encourage event patrons to use public transport or our shuttle bus service. Two Event shuttle buses will be available for use throughout the day 10am till 4:30pm, making stops at Meadowbank Bus Stop, Putney Shops and Kissing Point Park running every 15mins.
