Report a Food Safety Concern

City of Ryde investigates all concerns from the public about retail food businesses (other than butchers).

Customers can report concerns such as:

• Dirty or unhygienic food premises
• Unsafe or unhygienic food handling practices
• Foreign matter in food
• Food safety issues such as food that is past its use-by-date or deteriorated
• Labelling related concerns
• Food borne illnesses.
