Section 94A Contributions Plan

The Draft Section 94A (S94A) Development Contributions Plan is proposed to replace the Section 94 Development Contributions Plan 2007 which was adopted on 11 December 2007, and any subject update to that Plan.

The intended outcome of the public exhibition period is to enable Council to send the Draft S94A Development Contributions Plan, with community feedback, to the Minister for Planning for consideration and gazettal.

Council Resolution 14 October 2014

At its meeting 14 October 2015, Council resolved to:

"endorse the draft S94A Plan for public exhibition undertaken in accordance with the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979."
