An affordable stretch and movement class for seniors who are looking for a safe, effective way to enhance their physical health and overall wellness.

This 60 minute class is designed to improve your flexibility and mobility, as well as stretch and relieve your muscles. Each class will be facilitated by an Exercise physiologist and physiotherapist, so you can leave feeling reenergised, refreshed, with less stiffness, and ready to take on the week ahead.

When: Mondays 10:30am-11:30am for 9 weeks (Please note, this class does not run on the Kings Birthday public holiday)

Where: Marsfeild Community Centre
