St Alban's Organ Championship Competition for 16 Years and Under

In conjunction with the City of Ryde Eisteddfod 2025, St Alban's is presenting the inaugural Organ Competition for 16 Years and Under.

This is a championship level event featuring Sydney's most talented teenage organists vying for large cash prizes.

Each entrant will play two pieces, with a mandatory piece being a movement from one of Bach's Trio Sonatas for Organ. This requirement can only be met by very skilled organists in this age group.

A highly distinguished panel of 3 adjudicators will decide the major prize winners:

• First Prize $3,000
• Second Prize $2,000
• Third Prize $1,000

Additionally, the Audience Choice Award cash prize will be voted for by ticket-holding audience members.

St Alban's is very close to the Epping Train and Bus Interchange.

The event commences at 1pm. We ask that audience be seated by 12.45pm.

Entry is $10 for Adults, $5 for Concession and Primary School Age children are admitted Free.
