Development Proposal: Fit out and internal reconfiguration of ground floor tenancy of existing commercial building, minor external alterations, and the change of use to a ‘public administration building’ for the City of Ryde Council to accommodate up to 328 people. Proposed hours of operation are generally 7am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday, with special events (such as Council meetings) held outside of the core hours up to 12am, 7 days a week.
