Development Proposal: Demolition of existing structures, construction of a two storey Residential Flat Building comprising 7 units utilising the provisions of SEPP (Housing) 2021. Amended plans have been submitted resulting in a 200mm increase in building height, changes to the basement level, window changes and amendments to colours and finishes.
